1.) When did you start singing?

Oh boy... Well it all started when i was in the backseat of my car at the age of 2 :)

Here's what my mom told me when she first discovered that i loved music; I would be singing to Celine Dion's cd in my carseat & my mom would look back and think how strange it was that i was on key and new most of the words.. & as a little kid i absolutely LOVED disney... all the disney movies(The Lion King, The Little Mermaid which was the first movie i ever saw:), Aladdin, etc.) & i still do love disney lol.. So when i was about 7 or 8 my mom had me go to my vocal teacher, who i have studied with for 7 years now.. && after that i did my local musical theatre, and performed anywhere i could :) So i started really singing when i was 8 years old :)

2.) What do you like most about singing and being on stage?

oh woww! I dont know if i could even answer that! When im onstage in general, i absolutely love it:) Even when i was little... and my friends would come over... i used to sit them down and i would put on a show for them... i used to dance to Beyonce saying one day i was going to be just like her... haha! So basically my whole life i loved being onstage:) When it comes to singing, gosh i dont know where to start! Being onstage is like being in my own little world... It's like theres me and everyones there to watch me... Which is first an honor in itself! & when i sing songs.. i really want the audience to get what im saying... and maybe with the lyrics they feel the same thing from maybe a past or present experience... It's all about talking to the audience & getting them into your performance.. & thats what i love most:) To do what i love to do, and to make others happy or just putting a smile on their face, its the best feeling in the world :) I also LOVE to make people laugh.. lol im always cracking jokes.. i just love making people happy & singing is one way to do it :) But singing, dancing, and acting are my passions and im so grateful to have these gifts :)

3.) Do you have a fave song?

If i would tell you my favorite song it would probably be the list on the itunes top single charts list.. hahah i listen the radio all the time! It's crazy.. whether im getting dressed for the day, cleaning, in the car, im always listening to the radio... and i love almost every kind of music! So i dont think i do have a favorite song because i love sooo many songs itd be too long of a list! hahah :) Right now though... I love Justin Biebers whole cd, Forever by Drake, Down by Jay Sean, Whatcha Say by Jason Derulo, Body Language by Jesse McCartney, Telephone by Lady Gaga, Bad Romance by Lady Gaga, and the list goes on :)

4.) Do you have any advice for girls that would like to start singing too?

I would say; NEVER give up. If you have a dream, go for it... because giving up a dream is giving up on yourself... ANYTHING is possible & if you put your mind to it; you can accomplish anything! Just never, never give up because you should always believe in yourself :) Yes, it takes a lot of hard work to accomplish what you want.. but if you want to be a singer go for it! Because no one on the radio today got there by just doing nothing.. they believed in themselves & worked hard & it will pay off :)

5.) Do you have any pets?

I do:) i have a dog named Lucky Charm :) He's a half beagle/half lab :) lol meaning he's as big as a lab.. but he looks like a beagle! He's the cutest thing :) I'm a big animal lover :) heehee

6.) Whats your fave book?

I've read a lot of books... i mean not likee 100 books but from the books i did read, I really liked this book called Elsewhere by Gabriella Zevin :) That was an amazing book... I also read the Secrets of my Hollywood Life series by Jen Calonita.. which is also an AMAZING series to read :) Right now im reading The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks.. the book thats gonna be a movie with Miley Cyrus in it.. and im only on chapter 14 i think.. lol.. but its really good:) Haven't read the Twilight Saga books... but i hear theyre all very good.. so i might read them not sure yet :) lol

Interview with Brittany Harkins!

1.) How old were you when you decided you wanted to sing?

I really started singing when I was about 3 years old. When my mom and grandma would take me out for lunch I would get up from my chair and start singing in the restaurant. When the ladies in the restaurant would clap, I would just get louder. It wasn't until I was about 9 that I really started to get more serious about my singing. From an early age I was a competitive gymnist along with taking singing and dance lessons. At that age I decide to put all of my energy into singing and dancing. I went into a recording studio a few times and recorded some songs, and then, a few years later, I became part of a local Radio Disney Group called RD7. We got to open up for Raven and the Jonas Brothers (before they were really big) at a a few local concerts and perform at a pre-party for the Cheetah Girls and Hannah Montana, here in Virginia. Those experiences were amazing! When I was up on that stage with all of the lights and people in the audience, I knew that this was what I wanted to do.

2.) When you were younger, what was your fave song?

When I was younger, the ultimate song for me was "Miss Independant" by Kelly Clarkson.

3.) What's your fave part about singing and being on stage?

The best part about being a singer and performer is being on stage. I can't believe how lucky I am to be able to do something I love so much. I realize that performing is a huge privilege and I really enjoy sharing this talent that God has given me. I also really love the fans. It feels great to see people enjoying my music!

4.) What's your fave food?

My favorite food, my whole life, has always been mashed potatoes, haha.

5.) What's your fave animal?

As for my favorite animal, that is hard. I am a huge animal lover - I mean actually an animal freak! I even love bugs. I get really upset when anyone in my family kills a bug. Any bugs I see I carry outside and set free. It would be really hard to say what my favorite is. We have 3 cats, a rabbit and 5 hamsters at my house and I love all of them!

6.) What's your fave movie ever?

When it comes to movies, I don't really have a favorite because I love so many, however, I love scary or action related movies! :D

7.) Do you have any advise for girls that would like to sing too?

Yes, I do : If you want to become a singer, you really need to put your heart and soul into it! You must sacrifice a lot of your free time to practice and even though it takes a lot of work, it will definitely be worth it! You really have to believe in yourself. But in my eyes, I believe that everyone is a unique star in their own way :)

Exclusive Interview with Ariel Moore; former member of the Clique Girlz!

1.) What was it like going on tour with the Clique Girlz? What was your fave part?

Going on Tour was am amazing experiance . The Tour bus , the hotels , the CONCERTS of course . But I really missed my family and that was really hard for me .

2.) What was your fave part about being in the recording studio with Paris and Destinee?

My Fav part about recording with Dest and Par was how we would always try and make it fun . We would play around when we werent in the booth .

3.) Are you going to release an album with NMD?

Yes,, I will be releasing an album with NMD. We are in the studio and rehearsals all the time preparingfor the future.

4.) Do you know when we’ll be able to hear some of the NMD songs?

Im now to sure yet , but im thinking soon they might be releasing a little something to atleast give you guys a taste. We are keeping allot of it secret for the big launch.

5.) Whats your fave part about starting a new group, NMD?

My Fav part about starting a new group with NMD was being able to really take my time and getting to know everyone first . I made a decision to do a group again because I have always enjoyed working with a team and I really wanted to go with all diff nationalities. I love how we are all individuals , but we are still close and a pretty great group , we all fit perfectly . Finding the right parents to be involved with was just as emportant as finding the girls for the group. It took us a few months to get to the final 5 girls working with a few alternates. And I have to say we really feel we make the right choice. All the families are incredible .

6.) Whats your fave part about singing and performing?

I have always loved singing and performing. I have been doing it since I was 5 so it is just second nature to me. My dancing was something I really couldnt persue in the Clique Girlz so im glad now that my group is all girls who are strong singers and dancers. We really have allot of fun in rehearsals. For fun just the other day I taught the girls a new dance just for fun and it was a blast. They really are a great bunch of girls.

7.) Do you have any artists that you look up to?

Love Sarah Barelllis , Alisha Keys , Beyonce, Taylor swift, Gaga is a trend setter and an artist so I admire her work but im not fond of allot of the meanings behind her songs. I love all artists really. If I went through them all I could prob find something I liked about them all. I love talent so I guess I have allot of people I could say are my Fav.

1.)Whats your fave song to sing?

My favorite song to sing is my new song 'Dangerous'. It hasn't been released yet but I am so excited for everyone to hear it! It's about girls and how "dangerous" they can be. It has an awesome beat and I really hope people like this song as much as I do!

2.)Whats your fave part about dancing for Tyler Shamy?

Dancing for Tyler Shamy has been a great experience. We have made great friendships and have had a lot of fun together. We always look back to the first rehearsal I attended and joke about it. Anytime I would forget part of the dance, I would laugh at myself. Tyler and the other dancers though I was crazy. We have so many memories like that and they are definately unforgettable!

3.)Who’s your fave actress/actor?

My favorite actress is Rachel McAdams. I think she is incredible and I absolutely loved her in "The Notebook". My favorite actor is Will Smith, because he is so accomplished, but still keeps his family first.

4.)If you could only take 2 things to a deserted island, what would you take?

If I could only take two things to a deserted island, I have no idea what I would do. I guess it would definately be my bible and food. But if I could add a third thing, my cell phone would definately be next. No doubt about it!

5.)Whats your fave animal?

My favorite animal is a dolphin. Why? I don't know. I couldn't choose and that's the first thing that came to my mind. :)

6.)Whats your fave part about the Summer?

My favorite part about Summer is being able to relax a bit and just hang out with friends and family. Well, that's how it has always been in Missouri. But in California, my favorite part is definately that there is no school.

1.) How old where you when you started singing?

Keira Verlee: Ive been singing ever since I was little. I have always loved it. I started voice lessons in elementary school though.
Ellie Rose: I've always loved to sing. I've been singing since I could talk. I started out doing a lot of school musicals. I loved to put on talent shows for my parents with my friends when I was little. And then in middle school I started taking singing more seriously and by the time Keira and I graduated we had decided to form the band.

2.) Whats your fave song that you wrote?

Keira Verlee: I think my favorite would probably be my newest song, Little White Lies.
Ellie Rose: My favorite song I've written would have to be Truth of The Experience. I love performing it. It's a newer song so it's not on the CD but hopefully we'll get back in the studio soon and record that track.

3.) Whos your fave singer/band/group?

Keira Verlee: That is a hard question to answer, there are so many. Some of my favorites more recently are Death Cab for Cutie, Tegan and Sara, and The Lonely Forest
Ellie Rose: I don't know if I could pick one band. It kind of changes weekly. But one group that's always a favorite is The Beatles.

4.) Whats your fave animal?

Keira Verlee: Well I like how odd trumpet fish look...
Ellie Rose: Hippo. Hands down.

5.) Whats your fave pizza topping?

Keira Verlee: Pineapple by far.
Ellie Rose: Olives!

6.) Whats your fave part about having a You Tube Channel?

Keira Verlee: I love being able to share videos and also being able to watch and comment on everyone elses videos
Ellie Rose: I feel like when people watch our videos they get a better idea of who we are than just by listening to our music. That's my favorite part.

1.) Whats your fave movie? My favorite movie would have to be Phantom of the Opera because the music is really awesome. I love to sing along!

2.) If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? I would go to France because I attend a French school & I could practice up on my French.

3.) Whats your fave song of all time? My favorite song of all time would be… this is tough…Boot Scootin’ Boogie by Brooks and Dunn because I grew up on that song. It also puts a smile on my face!

4.) Whos your fave actor? My favorite actor would be Leonardo De Caprio because he is just so amazing!

5.) Whats your fave color? My favorite color is definitely BLUE! I just love blue because its such a great color!

Alexis's Answers:

1.) Whats your fave part about singing? Its just fun and you can always keep growing at it. Its fun to mess around with crazy harmonies and riffs.

2.) Whats it like meeting fans? I love meeting fans, its one of my favorite parts. Sometimes they are crazy. But always amusing!

3.) Whats your fave song to perform? Outrageous

4.) Whats your fave song to dance to? (At home) Probably.. Fireburning (Shawn Kingston,) Cammie and I love to rock out in the car.

5.) Whats are your fave pizza toppings? I'm pretty plain I really just like cheese.

6.) If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be? A penguin..A Macaroni penguin haha

Cammie's Answers:

1.) Whats your fave part about singing? its really fun to write songs that you’re passionate about, and then be able to put your own vocal twist on them and make them your own.

2.) Whats it like meeting fans? we love meeting people who like to listen to our music. its so much fun to meet you guys and talk to you!

3.) Whats your fave song to perform? i always love doing We Got The Beat, cus its so much fun and high energy.

4.) Whats your fave song to dance to? (At home) haha if you’ve seen our video of Alexis and i dancing to Sean Kingstons "Fire Burning", you can tell that’s my favorite song to dance to :]

5.) Whats are your fave pizza toppings? i love Supreme pizza!

6.) If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be? definitely a giraffe, that way i could be tall! :]

Interview with Jamie Dahlke!

1.) What's your fave book?

I love reading and because of that I dont think I can pick just one book as my favorite, but I can tell you that I love the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy books. I think Adam Douglas was a literary genius. I can never get enough of his in your face British Humor.

2.) Where's your fave place to perform?

I just love performing period! The rush of getting up infront of an audience and doing something I love is just undescribable. If I had to choose my favorite performance spot so far though, it would probably be the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles. I performed there during the 2004 Ovations Awards. Its amazing how huge that theater is and the backstage area is just as interesting. I believe it was built around 1926.

3.) Whats your fave animal?

I have alot of animals and there are definitely alot more I would like to have ,but my favorite animal would have to be the cat. I have to wonderful cats named Oscar and Waffles and I don't know what I would do without them.

4.) If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Thats a hard question because I'm definitely an explorer. My dream would be to see the whole world throughout my life but I would especially love to go to Europe, Ireland exactly. I have alot of Irish heritage in me and I think it would be awesome to go and explore my roots.

5.) Whats your fave color?

My favorite color is blue, just like the first line of my new single...There's blue skies above!
